MAF-T intake can u vent?

I was considering getting a maf-t. I was wondering if you have the gm maf on the intake pipe can you vent the bov or do you need the dejon tool uicp with the maf-t? I know the Q is a little unorganized. THANKS

If you have to MAF-t in a blow-though setup, you cant vent without worry, period.

If you have air metering after the BOV, then you can vent all you want.

The whole reason you can't vent a BOV with a stock MAF is because the MAF is before the BOV. If the MAF is after the BOV, then you can vent.

Just wondering, if you do vent the BOV to the "atmosphere", what difference would it make with the ecm? you're letting off the accelerator which causes the bov to vent anyways, who cares if the ecm thinks that the car is rich(Lean) when the bov is venting? If it vented on acceleration, then maybe having the ecm know what's going on would matter.....

I know it's not DSM, but my Grand National has the GM Ls1 MAF sensor and a ATR BOV venting to atmosphere, and it causes no ill effects.

This is not the case with a DSM. If you have a DSM and some spare time just try to vent to atmosphere. You're car will buck, shutter, and probably cut off.
