intake/maf

I'm looking at buying a new intake pipe for my 2g but I'm not sure which to get. I was at the garage the other day where I get most of my stuff and they could get a kit from Injen that came with a new maf. Is it worth spending the extra money or is my stock one fine?

A maf is a maf. They all do the same thing but I would be interested in upgrading to a GM 3" and plumb it in the IC pipe. That would be your best bet. Other than that the stock 2g maf is perfect.

alright, I just wasn't sure if maybe the stock maf could only read up to a certain volume or somthing like that. Figured I better check it out before I spent $289 for an intake when I'd get the same result by spending $150 for the same thing minus a new maf
