MAF n Taboo shop vaccum QUESTIONS

so today i went to check out my maf for no reason..i juz wanted to check it out n it turns out that the honeycomb is all dented...now im a NOOB with cars but i kno this has to be bad...can this be impactin my MPG....this has ot be f**** with my whole engine somehow....any suggestons on wut to do or should I jus buy a new MAF...how bad is it for the engine? i also have a question about the TABOO shop vaccum...if i do my avccum lines like that would my car pass emissions...im guessin no rite? and wut do i plug them with if i do pass... oh yea i have a 98 gs-t thnx all

How about some pics of the honey combs, they are made of plastic, so I dont see how they could be dented, without breaking.

theyre mad out of cheap aluminum something...looks like a rock hit it... i was bout to hack the bottom but read that alot of people are skeptical about it
