Maf and translator question!

Ok guys this is the question i just bought a maf and im about to install it , now do i need the maf translator to run the maf ? because its a little expensive and i just order alot of parts for my dsm and im running out of money...

If you bought a GM MAF, then yes, you need the translator. Unless you have ECMLink V3, then you can get the MAF cable for it.
