Gm Maf

I'm thinking about getting rid of my MAS for the 3'' GM MAF setup. I'm confused on exactly what to do though. I know I need a MAF (naturally...) but do I need a MAF-T? Can I just put on the MAF and plug in the plug that goes into my original MAS or is there more to it? I'm pretty clueless right now and any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You will need the MAF-T, that is what it's primary purpose is, translating the GM MAF signal.

Exactly, and you can tune a small amount w/ the translator.

You also need new intercooler pipes since it goes up near the throttle body, after boost is made, not before. This allows you to tune, and to dump the the atmosphere w/ no side effects, since the bov is before the maf.

And if you don't have pipes, I would recommend getting a fmic while your at it, instead of getting hard pipes, then getting new ones w/ a fmic.

No he HAS to get a translator. Another thing is he can run it before the turbo or after.
