Low oil pressure and noise when at part throttle.

When you hold the engine at part throttle you can hear a rattle in the middle of the motor and it doesnt sound like a rod knock. Could it be the balance shaft bearings?

could be, the rear balance shaft bearings can fall out some times, stop running it and pull the pan and see.
