Low Idle. Dies easily

I recently picked up a 95 eclipse. It is a 2g turbo.

When idling it stays really low(below 1000), and will kill after coming down from high rpms. I asked several people and got some theories. I'm hoping to be able to fix it on my own before having to take it in.

try adjusting the throttle cable, or does it have a BOV that is vented without the correct set up?

If you have an BOV without recirc. THen thats your prob

Im going to go with your timing is off. Check from cheap to most expensive. Bov, boost leak, plugs, timing.

Check throttle body, any leaks, timing, etc and if everything shows good, could be your tune. Might not be getting enough fuel or something similar. Nothing that can't be fixed.

Try disconnecting the + battery terminal, let sit for 30 sec and then reconnect, start the car with no radio, headlights etc, and let idle for 10 minutes.
