Low Fuel trims... HELP!!!!!

Alright hey guys...
I have a problem here, maybe you could help me out with it... I cant seem get get my fuel trims to work... It seems like at idle my fuel trim is at -16 and when you rev it up it will just bounce around from the -16 as the low and 3 when its at its highest, it just bounces around and i cant figure out how to set it up.... any help you can give me is much appreciated... thanks alot for the help

i leaned it out all the way to negative 50 percent... can you please explain this... what is going wrong with it... are the fuel trims supposed to be bouncing around like that????

If you have a high flowing fuel pump (i.e. 255lph) on a stock FPR, you certainly will.
