To live and die in L.A, California
My first cylinder is and 115 psi and wet it jumps to 170????? what should i do?

That's well below service limit. Sounds like you need new rings. While you're in there, do them all at the same time.

how much would that run me n were in socal should i go bsides roadrace?

yeah but some say rebuild n some say get new motor? is it possible to just replace rings? if so were can i get this done in socal besides road race?

You don't need a new motor just because the rings are fried.

As far as where to go, I couldn't tell you since I don't live in California (thank God). Do some research, visit some local shops and pick one that's competent and that you feel comfortable with.
