low boost still after mods

ok i have a modded bcs which i had on my car for a while recently i got a boost gauge and it is showing only 10.5 psi. how come some people can get 13 psi on a modded bcs and im still only getting 10 psi . i even tried another modded bcs off my other car and it was even lower why is my car not wanting to boost????

Probably a boost leak. Make a book least tester found at www.vfaq.com.

I agree, sounds like a boost leak. Maybe the turbo is taking a dump. Check shaft play.

if your knocking u will be set at 9-10 psi for 200 miles... according to the ECU.... could be that. do you got a datalogger to see if your knocking?
