I installed my maf-t setup few weeks ago and at first had a problem with my tial bov spring not shutting the valve causing a leak and lower boost. Well i fixed that and shouldnt have any more boost problems, but i still do.
Before i changed anything i ran 16psi and it slowly dropped going towards redline because im still on the t25. Now with new setup im boosting about 6psi. Few days ago it would boost somewhat quick to 6 then slowly go up to 10. Sunday it was just going to 6 and not much more. I thought maybe something was wrong with my boost controller so i turned it up and nothing happens, then i was told by another dsm friend that i had it hooked up wrong, even thou it was hooked up that way when i bought the car and it worked fine. So i switched it to the way he said and now still nothing. So wasnt sure what the problem was and decided to do boost leak test. Now when i put everything on i used air ratchet and everything was hooked together by t-bolt clamps except for whats holding the gm maf to the pipes. So i figurered i should have no leaks and that why i didnt do that at first but figurered still could be a problem. So today i try and do the test, i have someone inside the car check my boost gauge and as i put air in the needle doesnt move at all. I dont know whats going on, not really sure what to do. It could be something really easy im just not realizing or soemthing else. I hope this isnt something stupid but then i kinda hope it is so i can get it fixed.
thanks in advance

Basically, you have boost leaks. What are you using to pressurize the intake? Bike pump?

no i used a big air compressor, i have done checks before and neevr had any problems and fixed my leaks. Im thinkign bout taking bout taking everything off and trying to re install it and make sure everything is good.
Any of thoughts?
thanks

It sounds like you have a huge boost leak. Hook up the compressor to blow air in steadily, then try feeling around for air blowing out somewhere.

Thats the thing, i did the test a bunch of times and never heard or felt air coming out. I will mess with it tommorow some more if i get a chance. thanks

Make sure your mbc is disabled and no air is coming out of your exhaust tail pipe.
