The problem is i cant get full boost out of my 92 gsx i hits about 9pounds and just stays there now I'm new with the hole turbo thing and I'm not to sure where to look first, i already checked for leaks and couldn't find anything, the turbo is old its just the stock 14b and the car is mostly stock to no boost controller or anything like that but before i put it away for the winter it was still hitting about 13-14pounds any ideas sorry if this has already bin covered on another thread.

How exactly? I see in your profile that you have upgraded the uicp, have you done a intake pressure test after?

I havent done a true test yet with the home made tester i was going to do that today. But after the install last year of the uicp it worked fine i was still getting 13-14 pounds, It also not even boosting untill its get to about 4500rpm and i cant even here the turbo like i used to, and it can only get up to 9pounds and stops and i really have to push the car to get to do that

Sounds very much like boost leak to me. Perform that leak test and post back if problem persists after so we can run more test but boost leak must be eliminated first.

OK found the problem no boost leaks, Just when i took it apart to put the new tranny and flywheel and clutch i did put the vacuum hoses in the wrong place sorry about wasting your guys time and thanks alot for the info
