loud knocking noise at rear end when going up a hill in first?

not sure what's wrong. I replaced the subframe bushings because they were rotted out with new polyurethane bushings, replaced a bad cv axle, and it's still the same. If i go up a steep hill in first gear the rear end will knock violently unless i ride the clutch a lil bit before giving it a lot of gas. What do you think is causing all this? I replaced the rear differential fluid too.

It's your driveshaft carrier bearings.
