Loud and clicking! Bad isc?

Every time I turn the acc on I heard a really loud clicking from the tb. So I decided to take it apart and found this. Tested all coils and all are within 30-31.5 ohms.

Sounds and looks like the IAC doing it's normal recalibrate at key on. But it shouldn't be doing it on acc key position or is that not what you meant?

It's doing what it's suppose to be doing.

Thanks guys. No it does it when I put it in the on position. First dsm so I didnt know if the loud clicking was normal
