ISC clicking.

If you open the hood and listen your hear the ISC being rehomed when you turn the ignition on.
If you pull it out or the throttle body and watch the pintle while doing this you will see it move in and out.

If it clicks but doesn't move it's bad. Likely one of the coils is open but the screw can freeze up too.

I am going to take the ISC out here in a couple days and see if its moving.
