I screwed up and left the batteries out of my palm overnight. I installed new batteries and lost DSM software on the palm. I bought this unit off of ebay and dont have any software whatsoever for the palm or from Digital Tuning....what the hell do I do?

If you have synced with your computer you can get everything from it.
If it is from digital tuning you can get the software from them. Unfortunately you will probably have to purchase a a new software license from them.

I tried going thru Digital Tuning and transfering the software or whatever...I got an email this morning telling me that the email I listed wasnt on file??? I sent an e-mail to their support...we'll see what happens. I am assuming this stuff cant be downloaded anywhere right? Thanks
