MMCD on a Palm IIIxe

I have downloaded the MMCD program to my pc but I can't get it to sync to my Palm IIIxe. I keep getting a message that reads:

MMCdTools-0.2b.exe Incompatible Handheld file.


Why won't it sync to the Palm?

By the way I have Palm OS v. 4.1 on my palm.
 
Never mind!! I got it figured out.
