looking into getting a wideband any suggestions

which wideband is the best and why is that also does anyone have one laying around

I am currently running an aem wideband. It is great for the money. I think that it was around $250.

If I were to buy a wideband now, I would go with prologger. It has a built in boost controller and many other capabilities. According to the manufacturer, they have never had anyone have the sensor ware out. Its claim to fame is a never lean function. If the car goes lean, it will lower the boost pressure to prevent engine damage.

I recomend the AEM UEGO.

It's nice because it is easy to view, and can mount in a Gauge pod to be in plain site while watching the road [ I have the frog eyes pod mounted for easy viewing out of the corner of my eye ]

I have also read it has good accuracy, and replacement sensors are easy to get and not too expensive. The sensors also last a good amount of time, even under a life of C16.

With that said, most every maker out there has a tolerance of +/- 0.1 and read anywhere from 9-10 to 18-20 AFR. The choice is really up to you as to what "bells and whistles" you want built into it.

Any major manufacturer of WBs will be a great choice....I use a PLX SM-AFR (no gauge) to log into DSMLink.
