I went to the DSM deal at cordova today and there was only one other dsm. some neons and PT's and the rest were chevy and fords..... I wasnt the slowest though hahaha stupid boys and there toys called mustangs.

that sounds dissapointing. that was supposed to be a good drag challenge for the dsm central guys! oh well. please tell me you got some neon and some pt too!

Nope all three of my runs were solo.

the pt was a low 13 car and the neon was also in the low 13s

I really want to go to that one, but I will be in chicago for the Midwest Z fest. IA Speedway should be great since it is a huge parking lot and a Co-event with Iowa Region. Oh well, I will catch back up with DMVR on July 13th. Unless you are planning on going to the Waterloo event on July 1st.

Midwest z fest is in Arozona this year "The Midwest’s premier annual gathering of Z-car enthusiasts is set for August 29–September 1 in Tulsa". Must be thinking of a different event. I wanted to go but cant see drive 4 hours past branson for it

If you're unsure about directions just use mapquest.com, you'll be able to get turn by turn directions.

We'll meet up at the garage at 7pm, at that time everyone will meet for the first time and show off their DSM, next we'll cruise out to Grey's Lake at some point later in the evening. After some pictures and socializing at the lake we will return back to the parking structure and swap parts.
Be sure to bring any parts you want to swap!

I will be handing out contact information sheets. We ask that you fill one out to insure that we'll be able to contact you as easily as possible for the next meet's details. If you wish to be part of the DSM group we are also starting be sure to fill out the sheet, everyone will be made part of the new DSM group unless we are notified that they do not wish to participate.

By the way, anyone who is taking pictures it would be great if I could get a copy of everyone's pictures. I plan on making a long blog write up about our meet and pictures will attract several more people.

this is a side bar from the dmi dsm club thing but i figure there are plenty of knowledgeable people on here to amswer my question

ok first of all i have a boost leak somewhere. now with that being my problem, i followed the wastegate line to something, im not sure what it is, but then theres a second line that goes no where. so i was wondering if anyone knew where that line went and what it does and goes to if anything

You're going to have to figure out what the things you're talking about are first, be more descriptive, and locate the boost leak before people can help. Do your homework before asking, we don't have your car in front of us to fix.

i figured out where the boost leak was from and where that line went to so its back to normal

and that thing was a silonoid (i cant spell it)
