LOOK what i got, is it right? WITH PIC

i got the MAF off of a newer trans am, it is 3in, or 3.5 n, perfect condition, but it has a throttle body plate connected to it, can this still be used, or is this the wrong maf?

A newer t/a would be a ls1 i thought a ls1 maf didnt work and a lt1-lt4 did.

Well, you posted "with pic" which came 20 minutes after the original post so dont be an ass because you title didnt match your first post. Read the rules and you will see where it says "use descriptive titles" but yours didnt match the title at all. This is the reason you are cosidered a newbie. Besides, If you had searched prior to the post you wouldnt have had to waste bandwidth for this.

Anyways, that maf will not work. You need a 3" or 3.5" from an lt1. Not an ls1. Search and find the right maf. Generally, people just use a maf from an lt1 impalla ss, camaro, or trans am. Others use a 3.5" maf from an lt1 trans am ws6 or a camaro ss. I know there are others that will work but this is just a general guidline to go by.

Ebay the one you have, then buy an LT1 MAF.
