I've been trying to figure out a way to log my VR-4 for a good while now. It's bone stock right now. I picked up http://www.ftdichip.com/Support/Documents/DataSheets/Cables/DS_USB_RS232_CABLES.pdf serial to USB adaptor and soldered what I needed for the cable to work.

I am able to log via TMO and TunerPro just fine, but I get a serial error: Ser 030c whenever I try to use my palm emulator. http://simulator-palm-os-cobalt.en.softonic.com/palm/download This is the emulator I've been using. In the emulator, I have the serial cable set to COM3, but I'm not sure what is wrong. If I am logging with either TMO or TunerPro, and I try to start logging with mmcd, I receive a different error saying the serial cable is already in use. Does anybody have any tips?
