Logged my car, timing not right.

Well, I logged my car through third gear. My o2 stayed constant but my timing stayed at about 8. What could be the cause of this?

Knock? I know 2Gs cant log knock tho, but I think thats the only thing, other than O2 voltage, that would hold back timing.
