2G Line on turbo

Greetings I have line from big 16g turbo evo that is squeezing somehow should it be there also my other hose when I press them feel like cracking but no leaks car has been siting for couple years any suggestions

That is the coolant feed line if I remember right. Those clamps you squeeze together and you have to generally rotate them to break them free of the hose. Once you do that then you can slide them off and replace the hose. If I am understanding your question right
