i want to put rims an tires for my lacer 91 i what a 17 wheels i like the stile of the ENKEI M52 17x7.5 but they are heavy. little more than 20 lbs i haven't seen something that's looks alike or something close i like rotas circuit 10 but i dont know the weight .
the budget is 650 for the wheels i can paid litle more for a nice light ones the tires that I am looking are MICHELIN ENERGY SAVER A/S i don't know if there are beter fuel efficient tires or with more grip

. Those are stated in the description they are specifically made for performance on the prius, leaf, etc.. I don't think they will have any of the ratings you are looking for on a dsm platform, aside from just having a longer life. I'd skip those altogether. You can get some decent tires that are a devoted all season, not z rated tire that will give you plenty of life and plenty of good gas mileage. If you want the best stick with the factory tire size (215/50/17) I believe?
