Lightly modded 420A acting up!

I've been noticing as of late that while my engine is idling it sometimes begins to sputter, as if it's about to shut off. The RPM's drop to around 700-550, but then picks back up and acts normally. What could this be? Power being sapped by something? Clogged injectors? Air pockets? I've used a code reader and the only problem that comes is a "small vaccum leak" (cant find the damn leak!) could this be the problem, getting bigger?

Something I've been thinking about. I recently had a pair of fidanza cam gears installed. They are set at 0 for the moment. Is there any chance the "0" setting is making my engine loose power from it was with the stock gears??

most likely it is indeed a small vacuum leak whats causing this... but yeah, its a b*itch to find them in 420a's...

You could do a thorough check for visible hose cracks all over your engine bay, start by the throtle body and intake manifold ones, or maybe the guys from 2gnt.com can give you a few hints...
