New Plus? - Lightly Modded

I was curious as to what spark plugs would be better for my lightly modded spyder. BPR6ES's or the 7's? They say that tuning and taking care of your car is the best, so Imma going to follow that advice. I'm currently running K&N FIPK, 2.5" cat-back, 1g BOV, S7 Invision boost gauge, and the free mods. Also, I'm going for a hard UIP soon and new plug wires. Advice?

How much boost are you running? I was always told to use the stock plug (BPR6ES)up to about 15psi. Anything over 15psi go with the BPR7ES.

MSD ignition sparkplug wires, NGK IX Iridium spark plugs, ive ran this setup for over 30,000 and the sparkplug tips still look brand new.
