lifter question

I'm about to remove my 1g head to get rebuilt, when I remove the lifters,do I just reinstall them as is when the new head is in,or do I have to bleed them ,btw these are my original lifters from the same head

If they are stock 1G lifters, you may want to look into upgrading them with the modified "3G" lifters. Better oiling and no more lifter tick.

You should be fine. When you install the cams after awhile the lifters will bleed down by themselfs. If you were say just doing a cam swap and starting the car up shortly after swaping out new lifters and cams then I would bleed them down.
