420A Leveling valve assembly MR135668

Can someone tell me what the part number would be for this item i think its a evap purge valve out of a 1998 mitsibishi eclipse 2.0 can't seem to find anywhere may have to end up buying it at a dealership. I tried looking for it on line but had no luck.

That is the Leveling valve assembly (aka fuel tank safety valve). Mitsu part MR135668.

Doesn't this basically assist the breather by relieving excess pressure from the tank? After I removed mine and put a plate over the port I have to fill the tank a bit slower.
