Leaning Out 3rd and 4th gear

NOTE: this is not my dsm

Setup is:

2g GST w/ 6 bolt swap
*FMIC with bov NOT RECIRCULATED
*Stock FPR w/ Wally 255 (also wally not doing the whiring sound as it used to)
* 450cc injectors
went from PTE 60 turbo to t25 for the mean time til pte gets rebuilt

The motor recently jumped time and bent valves we placed another 6 bolt head on it and ever since the swap 1st and 2nd run normal / rich 10.0 - 11 afr..

Then gears 3 , 4 and 5 start leaning out and NO these are not WOT pulls 14.0 - 15.0 afr

Im just providing as much info that may be related.. if there is no relevence then just ignore..

i think it could be due to stock fpr with 255 wally..

These cars always run high 14's when not wot. What are the afr's at wot in 3rd?

we are actually afraid to go WOT with afr's like that.. we just dont want to melt things but ill be sure to recirc bov
