Lean Running p0170

reset the ecu a few times and check engine light still came on. need help determining whether its the 02 sensor,MAF, fuel injectors, or fuel pump

yeah might be 100% right, my t-25 blew an oil seal and started to burn oil. so i replaced the turbo but kept the same o2 housing and sensor. But when i do reset the ecu the check engine light turns off for at least 15-20 miles then comes back on
is this because the sensor is bad or its truly burning lean.

I'm running with a p0170 code and watching my front O2 on a scan tool, it seems to freeze up at times, which I know an O2 should be constantly fluctuating. I'm going to replace mine and see if it'll make the code go away


Update: Replaced the front O2 and the code hasn't come back at all. Long Term Fuel Trim is now working like it sould be

Could there also be the possibility that it is burning lean? If so what should I do?

Did you clear the code or replace the sensor, it may return, its happened to me in the past. A wideband would be nice to have for tuning down the road.

Yeah I reset the ECU but every 15-20 miles the light comes back. Should i replace both O2's or just the front one?

Yea I got that too if your running just a 14b on stock everything else maybe upgrading your fuel pump should help.Do you have a wideband or boost gauge to see whats going on?

Buy a Wideband and run your front 02 stock and then weld a bung on for the wb in the downpipe... Better readings for sure!
