Is it possible to leak boost into the crankcase through the oil return? When I BLT my car I cant even get 2psi in the system because all the air leaks down the turbo drain line. If I test after the turbo I hold 20psi for a couple seconds then it slowly drops (bad throttle seal).

Ive searched and people say this is normal, but my car never did this before. At the same time I noticed the bubbling in the pan while BLTing, I noticed that my IC/pipes had about a quart of oil in them. Changed the PCV with OEM and aftermarket, and a check valve with no effect. Most of the time the car is fine but if I do a real long pull then I get a couple ounces of oil coming out of the valve cover breather.

The 14b has a little side to side play, but no in/out or up/down. Id estimate it has about 120-130,000 miles on it. LOL

Compression test on the car comes out perfect every time (tested 4 times this month).

Im really lost here, my car runs great but it just blasts oil when I get on it too long. Any advice is appreciated :D

I would say the turbo seals are blown. That would be the only way you would get pressure from the compressor side to leak into the center section and back through the return line. That would also explain the oil in your intercooler piping and the oil "blasting" on long pulls.

Thats what Im thinking too. But 8 outta 10 people when I search say that it is normal for air to get in there. Even though mine never did before. Maybe its normal for a little air to get through? But not so much that I cant even pressurize the system?

Weird thing is though, once I routed the VC breather to a catch can, I dont get any more oil in the intake side. The car does smoke very slightly on hard acceleration though.

Thanks.
