I recently turbo'ed my 92 gs, I bought a lc2 with auto timer...well ive had something draining my battery ever since and I checked the black box and saw that the green light is always on so that might be it. My battery and alt is good, fuses are good. Can someone help?

Place an ammeter between the negative battery cable and the negative battery post. It should read less than 30 mA with all doors shut, lights off etc. If it reads more, unplug the LC2 and recheck the ammeter. If it falls below 30 mA, you found your draw.

Sounds like when you wired up the 12v power supply to it that you wired it to 12v constant. Should probably be wired off of something that is switched 12v.
