Last electrical connections, where do they go? please and thank you.

These are my last electrical connetions.

I think the one to the air filter is just a ground. but i dont know where the loop and connector off of the harness that goes to the starter goes...

Starter, ground i think knock sensor,in the middle pic. and the ground from the trans to frame.

black with yellow stripe usually grounds to trans bolt above starter.second photo might go to transmission for back up lights not sure third is just a ground usually on firewall.

there's also a bolt on the block underneath the starter and to the drivers side that im not sure what goes there..

There's a bolt in the block that plugs the hole where you check the rear balance shaft phase. Maybe that's what you mean? If so, nothing goes there but a bolt.

As for the first picture: I can't see what that goes to.
Second: I can't see where that is, maybe reverse lamps.
Third: is the ground from the transmision to frame rail.
