I relocated my battery and wired up everything as the pictures below but I get a bubbling up noise when I turn on the switch kinda scare me. I verified all wires are just like the pictures some one correct me? Also alternator and battery terminal have to be on the on the position side of the kill switch correct? When the battery is hooked up in the off position it reads 0.004 volts if I remove it out of the car read normal. As soon as I turn the switch to on it start making noise

This is how I have mine wired. I like this install a little better than your diagram. A circuit breaker isn't NEEDED if you have a fuse there. It just ads a safety net. What switch are you using? I am using one from fastronix.

i still haven’t been able to figure out the problem my battery keep getting hot when I hook up the terminals. It’s strange the other day it worked perfectly no issues hooked up ecmlink. Next day battery has no power and keep getting hot. If I hook up a volt meter with switch off to the battery I get about 0.996 with it on also the same. Disconnect both therminals and I get 12.8 brand new optima I switch battery but no change

Is your switch a 4 post or 2? Just to clarify, you have the alternator going to the switch with no splices? Then the fusebox and starter are T'd and going to the switch? Them your battery is going to the post with the alternator? With in line fuses? Maybe put a really small fuse to see where it's drawing from? I'm not sure why the battery would get hot though.

Ended up finding the problem my fuse connection don’t have a sleeve on them and was hitting the body of the car. When I first installed it, worked great I guess I bump it and bent it down so it was grounding out
