I had my shop double check the cam sensor, and if rotated it 180 to see if it helped. Also, I remembered to switch around the firing order. There is power getting to the coil pack, put no spark at the plugs. My friend has a spare coil pack for me to try so I will be able to rule that out. I don't know much about ignitions so any info. is appreciated. Thanks

1st try swapping that coil pack, Then move on to the power transitor. You may get lucky and one of these will solve your problem

P.S. Im sure you have already checked but make sure everything is grounded and connected

Did you make sure that the engine fuse is good? I know it sounds like the first thing you'd check, but that's what makes it so easy to overlook! If it's good, try an new set of plugs to see if you get any spark with them. I've had everything look fine but had no spark before only to stick fresh plugs in and have it fire right up.

Definately get a hold of another power transistor and a fresh set of plugs..Sometimes the spark is weak, and after the plug gets wet , it cant get lit.... A fresh dry set of plugs sometimes do solve the problem.

Alrights guys, I quite posting back because I gave up. Now my car is at the shop so it's on like donkey kong.

Anyways, here is where my mechanic is at. First he said that I don't have fuel either, which makes me think it's still something with the CAS. Double checked all fuses and relays, they're good. Coilpack, CAS, power transistor all have power. Changed the plugs, nothing. The ECU was fine before I put the new engine in, so I highly doubt it could be the problem. I read somewhere, that you need to switch the electrical wires on the coil pack for a 6 bolt? I had only read about plug wires. Anyone think RRE could have sent me a bad harness?

I will hopefully be using this thread now to help answer my mechanics questions. I will be going to the shop shortly and posting back. Thanks, Craig

make sure all the wires for the coolant temp sensors are hooked up....as crazy as it sounds if 1 of thoes is disconnected or loose your car wont start....

That doesnt affect spark, only fuel..and wont start because it will dump shittons of fuel because it will read like -30C or something crazy.

Sounds like you got a bad CAS. That harness cant be "bad" really, its just wires and plugs, i made a bunch of them before when doing swaps and its just as easy as soldering wires together and plugging it in. Id say the CAS is the culprit.
