K well here's the problem, when i'm aggressively drivin my car and i shift fast right before redline or in the higher RPM's my car like jerks like my motors movin or somethin, it kinda slams, could it be cause i just installed a stage 3 racing clutch, or is there any other ideas, cause i don't know???

Have you checked your motor mounts. Have a friend stand in front of the car while you set your ebrake or hold your foot on the brake pedal. Then let the clutch out slowly and have your friend look to see if the motor moves around. If it rotates back toward the firewall more than say an inch you probably have a bad mount. If this turns out to be true I would by the replacement inserts from prothane and then you wont have a problem again. Keep us posted if you need more help. Travis

Yeah, I'd recommend the prothane mounts if you don't mind a little in car vibration. Could it possibly be that you are simply not used to the new clutch?
