just bought another gsx i have questions

well its got a afc neo which i need to tune but i dont have a wideband yet, it seems like it sputters a wot only at 4500 and wont even spool fully. also the adj. fuel pressure regulator is at 38psi and the haynes manual says 26-28, yes the vacuum line is connected. on a side note i hooked the boost gauge to the fpr and it reads zero, then to the p on the tb and still nothing.Finally the oil light comes on and i checked it its full of oil and it idles at 1500 when the lights on. so any bit of help would be appreciated.

ps. NEW SPARK WIRES AND PLUGS ONE STEP COOLER GAPED TO .028

thats why we call the oil light a dummy light...!!! i had the same problem yet i had good oil pressure...!!! so i just took my wire off the sensor and it went away... you might have a bad sensor...!!
