just bought a 91 eclipse

I just picked up a 91 eclipse gs for 100.
The guy I got it from said it needed new pistons. But I bought it as a project car so yea.
I am looking to make it faster, with that said should I drop a 4g63t in it and a couple bolt on ups. Or is there another motor out there that would be better to drop in?

Fill out your profile, it depends on if its a 1.8 or a 2.0.

Does the car have the 1.8L or the 2.0L DOHC motor?, fill out your profile...

If it's a 1.8, swap it for the 4g63, if it's the 2.0, you could try a N/A rebuild.
Or you could rebuild that motor, then turbo it.
