Well, IF we get it tuned right and make sure there are no problems, I will be taking it. But now i'm waiting on for a new head with all upgraded valvetrain and some new 18"s with Parada's on them to come.

my new tires came in today, so they're going on on friday morning. that'll give me a bit to try them out around town and stuff before dropping 1200+ miles on them! gotta make sure i like them you know. other than that, just trying to work out some bugs with my EGT gauge acting eractically, and when i got WOT it seems to stutter a little. turned down the boost a tad the other night, havent driven since. hopefully that solves it. however, it was running fine a few weeks ago... hard to tell. Paul... i need that logger ASAP! let me know when you'll be in the area next.

I'm getting things done around here on a slow basis. HIN tickets are ordered, and are at WILL CALL. which means we all need to be together when arriving at the show... becuase i'm the ONLY one that can pick them up!

the magnets are ready to go together monday, as are the RRTL decals for back bumpers.

Shirts should be done early next week, they look pretty cool! (at least the mockup i saw did...)

looks like we'll have enough walkies here for each car, the Avenger dropped out at the last minute (p u s s y) at least for the first night. he's meeting us in ChiTown saturday afternoon. so we'll only have 5 cars driving the first day, which means leaving on time shouldn't be an issue (8am friday, be gassed and ready to go...)

RRTL Intineraries will be printed out early next week too.
unfortunately, i don't think i'll have all the trivia questions i wanted to have ready for the road trip ready in time... i only have a few from the first 125miles (which i have already personally driven, and it rocks!)

Well, I think what me and Kurt will do is get all the info and everything together. There are WAY to many stories to tell and what we will do is right a journel of what all happened. We will also include pictures and we will have a DVD which will be avalible to purchase. RRTL members will recieve a DVD free as the registration fee already included the DVD cost. I strongly recommend for all to sign up for next year. TONS of fun! Thats all i can say..for now anyways.

we'll definetely get some of the pictures as well as a highlights vid on the webpage as soon as we can. hopefully by the end of this week or early next week, we'll have the webpage updated some new stuff!

overall, it was a BLAST!! the drive was fun, HIN was a good time, and there was a good amount of fun/funny stuff that happened throughout the weekend. Not sure I even spent much over $100 in gas for the entire trip. all in all, it was a reasonably priced weekend event that gave us 3 full days of activity and only an extra 1055 miles on the cars. well worth it IMO.
