JGTC who's going?

So, the JGTC is coming to the California Speedway in a couple weeks. I plan to go for both days (Dec. 18th, and 19th). Just wondering if anyone else is going?

I am flying down there with two of my buddies. One of them works for the Marketing Department @ Subaru and he is running their booth. Supposedly, we will have VIP passes and an STi for the weekend all categorized under promotional/corporate expense. I just hope the weather holds up and it should make for a nice weekend. If anyone wants to meet up, we will be in the Subaru booth part of the time.

Turns out I'll be visiting some relatives that weekend - damn it. The good news is, JGTC is likely going to turn this into a yearly tradition (coming to the States). So hopefully I'll make it next year.

Turns out i'm just going for Saturday, but that's the main event day anyways. I plan to take lots of pics, but I don't have a video camera, so I won't be able to shoot any videos. I just hope my lady will let me take a pic with some race queens.. (she'll be going with me since she likes cars too)

oh yea, too bad there wont be any r34 gtr's like the spike tv commercial shows , hey look at the 300gt class , and look at the porsche they got in there, it has 440hp, now isnt the gt300 limited to 300hp, how do they have a 440hp car in there? It wasnt enough to compete with teh gt500 class?

Yeah a friend and i were going to fly out until we had a rental car problem then everything came too last min. I sure hope they come back again next year, maybe i'll get lucky and they'll come to the east coast this time

sorry i aint going, plus i dont have the money for that kinda shit, cause its christmas, maybe next time they decide to give jgtc a try at a speedway in illinois, but i doubt it, were not a posh as california is.

Just got back from JGTC. Most awesomest day ever!!

I took a bunch of pics, but I'll have to sort them out and stuff, some are digital, but 3 rolls are film, so i'll have to get those deveoloped.
