Well, the best DSM performance shop in the ENTIRE Northwest is English Racing based out of the Camas/Vancouver area. I promise you that you will have the best experience of your life if you take your car there. Lucas and his crew are top notch and have built some crazy cars including a 10sec 1G Talon AWD, a 10sec turbo CRX, and of course, Paul Nelson's 1014hp 2005 Evo VIII that ran 9.43. They also built a Chevy truck with a Dodge Cummins turbo diesel motor that runs low 13s and weighs 7000 pounds! Lucas and his crew are some of the coolest guys you'll ever meet and your car will scream for more after they are finished. GUARANTEED!

That EVO is insane..........I want to see that run. My dad wouldnt like it LOL because he is a american hot rod head so him seeing Paul Nelson make those passes against Dragsters he would be mad. Speaking of that he heard that I bought and paid for the 91 Eclipse but he wanted to do a father son mustang project. I told him my time is tied up in the eclipse now.
 
Hey is that shop down your way. Im going to call and ask for a estimate....The sonner the better. I was out in Federal Way last night when it wasnt raining listen to the 14g spool up under the hood. The problem is that this dam 2nd gear....... i dont know if its the way its made but it grinds when Im coming down to shift it will grind until i get to 20mph or if i take of really fast and shift to second it will do it a little.... That shit was irritating...

As far as food places go, as I didn't expect to have over 20 people I had a few other ideas.

Red Robin.
Hooters
Inside the mall, and have numerous choices - this sounds like a good idea, however I'm unsure of the seating for 25+ people.

We can stick to the plan, or maybe go to another food place.
What are you guys thinking?
 
Also - I may be posting this up in EvoM, for the NW Evo guys to possibly make it.

Just wanted to check and make sure if a few more evos decided to make it out, if you guys were OK with that?
 
yeah it cool my buddy with the wrx wonts to go if that is cool with all you guys. my buddy with his vr4 is must likely coming to i will let you no when i have a for sher.

This thing is looking to be huge.

I have around 25 people PENDING - waiting to hear a response back!
I'm hoping for 40+ cars!
 
On a side note, I hung out with the TWO WRX and STi guys, Well lets say the STi is much quicker now with an o2 dump.

and also the guy with the white WRX is claiming 100 extra HP 323 to the wheels.
but I will make it clear to them if they decide to show up, we wont be show boating around like they were and acting like they had something to proove.

The bigger this thing gets, the more attention we will have, I would not want to get authorities involved because of the size and number of idiot acting like ass-hats. I just want a reminder to everone else, no revving, burning out, launches or ANYTHING of that sort in the parking garages, The cars will be lound enought setting alarms off, I don't want security coming to us and kicking us out for idiots that can't behave themselves.

I'm also adding this information to the original post, so all and everyone has a fair warning.
If these rules cannot be followed local security/authorities will be called and have you removed.

Aside from that, I'm sure everyone knows not be act like ass-hats and it should be an awsome time and one of the biggest meets I've attended.

I'm pretty excited about it and I'm hoping the weather is dry for an even BETTER cruise!

Whoa whoa whoa.
I never said the BBQ was on me. I saw the two filled kegs was on me;)

As far as a place, if there is this many people, we'll have to go to a park. Maybe marymoor park in Redmond, play some football and what not.

A potluck would be good.
I'll provide the beer and the main course hotdogs and burgers & grill and what not.
everyone else needs to bring something.


Thats months away tho.
We still have a big meet to attend.


ALSO - If security tries to kick us out for whatever reason, because we're taking space, we are there to EAT THE MALL FOOD. Therefore we are allowed to park on mall premesis. We'll wait for the rest of our "friends" before we "go inside to eat" and bail out once everyone is there, over to Red Robin. "Sorry Rent-A-Cop, we changed our minds..." bwaahahaha

HAHA Wow that was probably one of the funniest things I've read in a while. And I'm not hatin because I was a 2gnt guy for a while. But this meet is deffinetly starting to look like it's gonna be pretty fun. Expecially since it'll be the first car meet with my GSX! :sneaky:

Anyone rather is welcome. As long as they bring a good attitude and follow rules. Should make for a great time.

Hopfully mall security does not try to kick us out. I will fight it. and talk to the supervisor if I have to, and let them know we are doing business by "eating inside" Thats my only concern.

But hey, Red Robin will sure welcome us!
I'm going to get ahold of Red Robin and give them a heads up on 30+ people coming.
I can't wait to hear their reaction LOL
 
you can count me in,, and also my cousin will come too,, he,s rebuilding his motor right now but plans on having it done buy the time we,ll all meet up. His name is talon gots boost, anyway see you all then, THANKS.
