i cant stand how people who dont want to be rice will just deny other peoples ideas because its "rice" well you cant defy everything you dont like as a rice....rice is stuff like civics kids....learn that. yeah i sounded dumb for sayin i wanted a 2jz in my car but i also said somehow ill make it work its not impossible to do my freind redid the R32 engine to fit his probe..so w/e ill have it work not everything is rice. or doesnt mean "ive been watching too much "F&F"

Dude do it. If you have the money and you can fit it. (you'll need to do some major measurements) do it. It'll be something no one has done your car will rock. And yeah it be RICE but why can't it be rice. whats wrong with rice anyways. if the car looks good and runs fast why not. ok so it'll cost a fortune and you could make your car that fast for cheaper but why not have something everyone will look at and say WOW....

I think its just some people don't understand what rice is. I don't see how a motor swap could be rice. I see rice as... having a fake BOV connected to your horn so you can sound like them cool turbo guys... :thumbdown . I see rice as just being fake... period.. from the fake walmart spinner hubcaps to the NOS stickers on a car with 120 horses.

well you see id do that but i was born in japan and we have freinds out there still i could buy an old 5speed turbo supra for like 1 grand...the whole car...and id rather have my dsm*dsm pride* i dono........some people say just buy the 2.3 stroker or the cyclone but its not worth it in the end i could hav ea top end supra engine ya it migh take alot of cash n redoing but i want to do it, and yeah i agree rice is fake shit, like a stock honda civic with a kit and some racing stickers and a park bench on the back in my opinion thats rice....but if someone says im rice for trying to make the impossible possible than theyre just stupid....why limit your power with the stock 4g63t when you could get a nice good engine thatll last even longer, we all know toyota is like the damn roaches that would last through nuclear warfare, theyre engines can have shitloads of milage and still run good, and i do like supras, and i might sound hard-headed for saying id rather keep my DSM then buy a supra, but honestly thats how i feel about my car, especially since its my first car, id rather sit at home in my garage redoing the whole thing than buying a sweet car with 320 horsepower....id rather work it out, *true dsmer*

I would completely have to agree. I'm not a fan of Hondas...because most people to rice them out...but you are stating a generalization. I have seen Hondas that I will admit look pretty sweet and are completely NOT rice what so ever. But like another poster said, some people don't know what rice is...or may just have a completely different opinion than you.

To me rice is:
NOS stickers all over your car
Huge muffler (fart cannon) when it is not needed (only needed when you have turbo or SC)
Spinner Hubcaps
Bomb-canned body kits
Enormous aluminum spoilers that are not needed when you only have 100 hp.
