It wants to die everytime I let off! Somebody help?

It runs fine when Im on it but as soon as I let off, rpms drop real quick and itll die unless I give it some gas. Clogged injectors? Electrical problem? Im just guessing. This is my first car and Im pretty knew to the dsm world and am still learning alot. If someone could PLEASE help me out it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Idle speed controller, yes

If its not working properly, it wont be able to measure air properly and your engine will die when there is a large change in airflow... such as when you let off the gas and close the throttle plate.

If your BOV is dumped to the atmosphere than you are loosing metered air, causing said symptoms.
