allright, i need to know where to get a new isc motor, i'm not going to crebotech, i just got done with my paypal dispute with them, finally got my money back. i need a new isc motor, but i don't know where to buy a good one at, other than mitsubishi, i don't really want to spend 200+ bucks if i have to. anybody have any suggestions? thanks for the help.

Dustin

i don't mean to be too much of a d*ck here, but if i wanted to post a wanted ad, i would have, i would like to know where is a good place to buy one at other than the mentioned. buying from a individual on here has its obvious downfalls (that it won't work, or is worse than mine). is there anywhere else than mitsu or crebotech that i can buy a good rebuilt or new isc motor that will last so i won't be looking for one next year for less than the 200+ bucks that mitsu asks for. thanks.

Dustin

I don't know any other place to get one new.

I've bought a couple off of dsmtrader for like 30bux and they worked perfectly.

thanks L2RTSiAWD, its just seeing all the people ripped off on dsmtrader, its easy to say, yea, it tests perfect!, yet when i get it its worse than mine is. i don't know, if i can't find any other place, i may have to take it to that, but i would like something with some what of a warranty or something to make sure that i'm not just blowing more money for broken parts.

Well, you can always try, I personally dont do business on trader anymore (got screwed) and No I wasnt trying to be a dick I just figured you were new around here and didnt know theres a wanted add section. Best bet for cheap and a 50/50 chance the wanted adds on here or Ebay, maybe a local junkyard so you cant test it yourself. I got lucky and picked up a complete throttle body off ebay for like $15 shipped and the ISC works great. Good luck on your quest these things are getting harder and harder to find these days. (good ones that is)

thanks guys, i've called every junkyard within 50 miles of here, no one has one. I don't know about that rebuild my self, i was never too good at taking apart electionics like that, and having them work after i put it back together :D , i may try autozone though, see if they have some kind of warranty on it too, probably only like a 30 day part warranty or something though, but $150 is cheaper than $200.

Dustin

yea, i went up to autozone about 5 min. after i posted that, 169.99, but they offer a 3 month warranty, which i'm sure it will last a little more than 3 months, but knowing my luck probably only 3 months 1 day....but i'll probably order one this next week, i'll keep this updated so maybe if this one works, we have another source for one other than satan, or crebo-rip off. thanks for the help, much appreciated. oh yea, i can go to another town and get all parts from o'reilly's, autozone, jockos, and napa for cost....so maybe even cheaper yet.

Dustin

You might want to check Ebay. There is a new ISC listed with a current bid of $52.01, with 15 hrs to go. Search under ISC. The person has zero feedback. However, if you pay with Paypal, using your credit card, you can contest charges if you get ripped off. I actually have a couple of spare ISC servos myself which bench test good. However, I would not want to sell them unless I tested them first on my car, which is currently not running.

I was looking for one and instead of looking specifically for the ISC, I realized that many people sell them with the TB setup. I found (here on tuners) several with the TB for under $100. I know you are skeptical buying the ISC here, but I just wanted to suggest another search alternative that you may not have thought of. I just know my ISC search yeilded many more results when I looked via people selling TBs.

My .02.
