ISC=0.0% on logger??

Well here with in the past week my car has been taking longer and longer to start if it sits for a period longer then 20 minutes or so. So today after i cranked it for atleast 10 seconds it finally sputters up to idle and i think of checking my logger to see what it has to say. Well everything was normal except for my ISC is reading 0.0% during warm up, and after it is warmed up. I just replaced my O2 sensor but that should have nothing to do with it.

Also, sometimes when im driving and I push the clutch in and put it in neutral my RPM's will drop to 500-600ish for about 3 seconds then idle back up to normal idle.

So i really dont know other the being a bad ISC or my isc being on its way out. So any thoughts would be great.

When starting my ISC steps are 120 until the car starts, at which point the steps go to 0 until the FIAV starts to close and then the ISC starts to open back up again to around 20.

I've messed with the BISS a few time since setting it by the book so I could be off some.

With the logger make sure the IPS is closed at idle and check your coolant temps when car is warmed up. These are just to make sure you don't have any other sensors acting funny.
