is this stock

i was told my car has a t28 turbo but i think this looks stock. not sure what this is if anyone knows that would help. 96 2g talon

the t28 is supposed to look stock... that inlet looks too big to be a t25.!

If im not mistakin the t28 looks the same as the t25, it just has different fans. Someone correct me if im wrong.
