Is This OK or NOT

I just picked up my 90 gsx. I dont know much about these cars so when I start it up the oil guage is between L H thats good but after it runs a couple mins it shoots up to the line below H is that ok or not . its got really higk oil pressure.

Check oil level . Also read alot on these cars . They can become monsters on the road . But that is probably why you got it . Also you will see stock oil pressure gauge is crap . I think everyone goes aftermarket . Good luck , welcome , and say goodbye to some money . The speed bug is a viscious bi*** .

That gauge is known to be faulty so it may not be accurate. It sholud start off low and climb as you go through your rpm's. Try checking your oil as well.

thanks oil is full I think its the guage. and yea I got it cause its a fun car. it needs a turbo though the seals are bad and it smokes like crazy
