Is this E-PROM?

In the first pic, the "E" in the bottom right of the sticker designates it as having an EPROM.

In the second pic, the rectangular chip with the white sticker on the bottom right is the EPROM.

I'm not trying to make an argument I'm just pointing out something but your statement is not fully true. The DSM's ecu's have been known of swapped internals alot. My 1990 GS-T ecu had an E in the lower corner as well and it wasn't an EPROM. Both 1990 ecu's to be more specific. The lettering on the case has really nothing to say if it is an EPROM or not. The chip on the ecu board is the EPROM chip yes. Look at the back of the ecu case and there are little holes where the chip is suppose to be. If there are little soldered prongs then there is a chip there. Thats an easyer way to tell without taking the ecu apart like that.

also if members would read before they would post, then they would know to search the forums, and they would of found their answer without having to post and they would of walked away a smarter individual.

but.

oh well.

Just move plug wires from 1&4 over to 2&3, it doesn't need to follow the diagram since each set fires at the same time. Plug wire 1 could goto either plug 2 or 3 either at the coil pack or spark plugs.

When you turn the key do you hear your fuel pump turning on? Does your CEL go on and then off after about 10 seconds or so?

Also since you got an EPROM I'm assuming you will be chip tuning. I would recommend that you send it out to either Steve or ECMTuning to have it socketed as either one of them will be able to really go over the board and make sure everything is fine.
