I have a centerforce clutch that came with the car. I tore the car apart 5 months ago and finally got around to assemble everything. But im curious to see if my clutch is ok. It didnt slip or had no problems when it was in my car.

Take a look at the pictures and let me know what you think. (im only doing like 320-350 hp to the wheel)
And which side faces the flywheel?

Disc is almost down to the rivets, definitely almost down to where the "pads" on the solid surface disappear. Pressure plate is heat scored- may be able to use it again on a new disc, but I wouldn't if it were going in my car.

Take a picture of how the thickness of the pads. It's kinda hard to judge from the aerial view LOL a picture like this (this clutch was toast)

I dont understand.. you ask about it and are told change it but want to keep it. It looks like its in rough shape (disc and pressure plate). Everyone would agree change it while its out, if you want to keep it just start saving for another one and know youll have to replace it soon.

Personally I dont like doing a job twice especially if I have all the parts out the first time knowing the parts going to go shortly.

Oh no, I just wanted a opinion and after the first post I went out and bought a competition stage 2 clutch from road race engineering. That's why I took a while to reply. Someone wanted side pics so I took some
