Is this a talon or laser?

The lack of spoiler makes it look like a Laser but its hard to tell. Why not just check the VIN?

There is a difference between the talon and lazer tail lights. I think there is a difference with the wing too though.

Now that I look at it more and more, it doesnt have the laser lights. It is probably a talon with wing removed, or laser with talon lights.

I thought laser had a different color bottom runner board most the time. I dont even see it on here. Makes me think Talon. Front bumper looks Talon also.. Definitly a 1Gb tail though. Lasers held the 1GA tails throughout. It's a Talon.

Well for one it has a Talon front bumper... The wing could've/has been removed, and the tail lights looks like blacked out Talon tails... So; conclusion, mine anyways, is that it's a Talon.

Why are you asking?

Let's split it down the middle and call it an Eclipse. And then when we get a picture that doesn't look like it was taken by a 4 year old with a 1998 cell phone camera, we can make a real conclusion.

Look at the VIN plate in the window: if the first three characters are:

4P3 = Laser
4A3 = Eclipse
4E3 = Talon

then you got your answer what make it is.

Course, there were no 1995 Lasers since they were dropped in mid 1994. Thus, you will only have the "A" and "E" line of vehicle until 1999 when "E" was dropped.

Visualwise, I call it a Laser since they kept the 1Ga rear bumper cover style and just modified the tail light assembly, but can see what Jusmix is coming from with the Eagle wheels and lack of rear spoiler - one can see the mounting holes in the fender.

another sure way to tell, if you 100% cannot tell by looking at it and dont know which bumpers are which...look at the steering wheel.

...look at the steering wheel.
1Ga' and 'b's used the same wheel..'sides, the owner could have installed an aftermarket wheel...

Also, each of the 1Gb had a different front bumper cover where the Plymouth's was solid with no emblem whereas the other two had their emblems embossed in the cover.

..more I look at it, it's a Talon for the rear taillight assembly is much different than that Laser's
